I am an out-of-network provider. Payment is due at the time of session. I will provide you an superbill if you would like to request reimbursement from your insurance provider. I accept credit, debit, and health savings account (HSA) cards.

  • $280 for an intake session

  • $250 for an individual 45-50-minute therapy session

  • $350 for 90-minute sessions

  • $265 for a couple therapy session

Intake sessions are generally 60 minutes. Individual & Couples therapy sessions are 50 minutes

Psychotherapy Intensives

Research shows that intensive psychotherapy can be very effective for certain conditions. Intensive means longer and more frequent sessions for shorter courses of time.

I offer intensive psychotherapy for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and anxiety disorders such as Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, and Social Anxiety Disorder.

A typical intensive is 3 or more sessions a week with each session being 90 to 120 minutes. Depending upon the frequency of sessions-per-week, intensives often run for 2-4 weeks.

Cost: $350 for 90-minute sessions

$400 for 120 minutes
